Molly KNOWS him. She noticed he wasn’t “ok” and now she proves that she is always willing to help him (even with the smallest thigs) and that she KNOWS him. All in a few words.

This is the final piece Sherlock needs to make up the perfect last resort plan. He doesn’t like it one bit. But this is when he realizes that he has another friend he (and actually nobody else) had ever taken into account.

Molly is the key piece in his plan.
